First, log in to International-Dating-Portal (see also: How do I log in?). In the Community Menu section, press the View Your Profile button. Then click on the Subscriptions tab. Here, you will see the following:

• If you have already purchased a subscription that is still active (green checkmark), you will see how long until it expires.
• If a previously purchased subscription has expired, you can renew it by clicking on Reactivate or choose a subscription with a different duration and click on Upgrade.

At the very bottom of the page, there is a link that lists your purchases for the last 6 months.
