First, log in to International-Dating-Portal (see also: How do I log in?). Then, in the Community Menu section, select the Update Your Profile button. Select the About me tab. Here, you have the option of entering information about yourself. You only have to fill out the fields that are important to you. However, we recommend filling out as many fields as possible in the About me section, so your profile can be found among the other users (see also: How do I find user profiles that fulfil certain criteria?).
