First, log in to International-Dating-Portal (see also: How do I log in?). Then, in the Community Menu section, select the View Your Profile link. Then select the Gallery. Now select the New Upload entry.
As soon as the photo is approved by our moderators, you will receive a confirmation email. Then the photo is visible for other registered users who visit your profile. If you have difficulties uploading images, the image is either too large or the file is not the correct type (see also: Why can't I upload gallery pictures?).
